After about two weeks it is time for a new color. Your nails have also grown a bit so there is probably some regrowth visible. Remove your nail polish safely with these instructions. You can also go to instagram , here you will find the steps in a video under highlights.
Step 1 - Preparation
File open the top coat with the coarse side of the OMG! Nails Nail File. By filing open the entire nail bed with the file, the remover fluid can work optimally.
When filing, also include the edge of the nails.
The Remover fluid contains a little oil to protect your skin. For sensitive and/or dry skin, you can provide the skin around your nail with extra protection with cuticle oil Cuticle Oil .
Step 2 Wrap, soak and remove
Use the OMG! Nails Removal Wraps and the OMG! Nails Remover liquid to remove nail polish.
Soak the cotton pad of the Removal Wrap with remover fluid and place it on the nail bed. Wrap the foil tightly around your fingertip and fold the end tightly. If air gets in, the fluid will evaporate and it will not soak in optimally.
Keep the nails wrapped for 10 to 15 minutes so that the liquid can soak in well. The time varies per person.
If you have cold hands because, for example, the ambient temperature is low, you can hold your hand in a warm towel. This speeds up the soaking process.
After the soaking time, remove the Removal Wraps one by one and remove the nail polish with the special OMG! Nails Tools. The tool with the triangular end works best for removing the nail polish. Scrape the nail polish off from the cuticle towards the end of the nail.
With the OMG Nails! Buffer Block you can remove small residues and make your nail even.
Step 3 Cleaning & Care
Clean your nails with a nail wipe and the remover.
After completely removing the nail polish, treat the nails and cuticles with the OMG! Nails Cuticle Oil.
If you want to apply nail polish again right away, do not apply Cuticle Oil (previous step). Wash your hands well and wait at least half an hour before applying new nail polish.
For the best adhesion of the nail polish and the most beautiful result we advise to let the nails air dry overnight or for a few hours. The nails are moist due to soaking, slightly greasy due to the Remover liquid and this is not an optimal surface for the adhesion of a new treatment.
