What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs for orders under 40 euros are 4.95 euros per order in the Netherlands.

For Belgium the shipping costs are 5.95 euros.

All orders over 40 euros are shipped for free.

We ship all packages with PostNL. Unfortunately, once we have transferred your package to PostNL, we can no longer influence the delivery. Due to busy times at PostNL, your package may sometimes be delayed. When your package has been shipped, you will receive a Track code so that you can track your package.

How does returning work?

Are you not satisfied with your received order? Annoying, but you can always return (part of) your order within 30 days, under the following conditions :

• The return shipment must be received by us within 30 days from the order date.
• Nail polish and other liquids may only be returned unopened.
• The packaging must be returned in original, undamaged packaging.

Please contact us at info@ohmygodnails.com regarding the products you wish to return.

The return postage costs are at your expense. Please include a note with your details in your return package so we know where it came from. Once we receive your package, we will contact you about processing your return and your refund.

You also have the option to send the return to us. Just send us an email and we will send you the return address.

How much does it cost to return?

When returning to Ohmygodnails , you pay the return postage yourself.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order by adding the desired products to your shopping cart. This button is easy to recognize per product by the green bar with the text 'add to cart'.

Once you have added all the products, go to your shopping cart. The shopping cart icon is at the top right and looks like a bag.

To complete your order, click on 'Proceed to checkout'.

Is shopping at Ohmygodnails.com safe?

We do our utmost to protect your data and visit as best as possible. We use an SSL certificate to encrypt the data between your computer or phone and our website. Our website is protected against attacks and the software is always up to date.

Your data is stored on highly secured servers. Payments are made via the Shopify payment gateway, the data is unreadable from outside and the connection with your bank or chosen payment method is secure.

Report complaints

We hope that with all the information on our Adacemy page you can get started to apply the gel polish properly and also remove it safely. Of course we do everything we can to guarantee the quality of our products and we check all products before we send them.

If there is still a product that does not have the right quality or you have another complaint, you can report this to us via the contact page. We will always find a suitable solution to help you, replace a product or refund your purchase if necessary.
