This Matte Top Coat ensures that your applied base coat and color gel are sealed, an essential step. This keeps your manicure better protected and forms a solid matte layer. After this layer has hardened in the lamp, there is still a sticky layer. This should be removed with the OMG Cleaner . Wait a few seconds before removing the sticky layer. If the nail is still warm from the lamp, the top layer can become dull if you remove it too quickly with the cleaner.
